1. General Info

These terms apply to services and purchases at www.tanksandfigures.com
We specialise in building and painting custom scale models, figures, battleships (1:16, 1:35 & other).

2. Custom Orders

We build and paint models based on your individual instructions and choices.
Before shipping the finished model, we will send you photos of it for your approval.

3. Shipping and Transport Damage

We pack all models securely using professional materials.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping company (courier) during transit.
All packages are insured.

4. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the bespoke and custom nature of our services (assembling, painting, and modifying miniature figures and models according to individual client specifications), all commissions are strictly non-refundable once the work has commenced. Standard statutory rights regarding 14-day returns for ready-made goods do not apply to custom-painted items. Once the final photos are approved by the client and the model is dispatched, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are no longer accepted.
